How do I take this product?
Follow the suggested use on the label. Best if taken on an empty stomach and wait 15 minutes before eating or drinking. The product will still work with food and liquid but is more potent on an empty stomach.

It works
It does what it's supposed to do. I just found out I'm pregnant! This wasn't exactly planned, so I blame these products! LOL

BEST PRODUCT EVER!
This Product is one of a kind, I have never had a product that really lift my Spirits. This product actually works (READY 4 ATION) I gave my 22yr old son the (MAN OF STEEL) and he LOVES it — he said it gives him energy. I didn't even notice till now he is more sociable and calm when he is taking it and not cranky. Wow. I know for me it has me peppy and singing early in the morning making my coffee for work. I also had a very low sex drive if any now I have spontaneous urges. this product is a must have 5 stars don't do these products justice it's worth a whole lot more stars....... Phenomenal Results! :-)
My wife and I have been using the Man of Steel (me) and the Ready 4 Action (her) along with the Gold Supreme & Alkaline pH drops!!! We both recommend these products highly!!! Excellent when used together synergystically at the same time. We will continue to get our Gold Supreme in each day along with the Alkaline pH drops. The Man of Steel & Ready 4 Action don't have to be used each day but when we do, phenomenal results!!! :-) My physical endurance is increased by leaps and bounds and I have more physical and mental energy later in the day.
