INSTRUCTIONS
*Best taken daily for 3-5 days, then once a week or as needed.
- Add 1/2-1 tsp to 1-2 cups of water in a small pot.
- Bring to a boil for about 5 minutes.
- Turn off heat & let steep until warm.
- Pour into a teacup & strain bulk tea fibers.
