I have been using this product for a year and my health has greatly improved. I only use it during cold/flu and allergy season because you don't want to over do it with the detox. I warn you....if you never detoxed before, you are going to get "die off" symptoms. The first couple of days is going to suck but you will feel like a million bucks once you have done the 5 to 7 days. I received my Supreme Silver approximately 2 weeks ago, began giving my son the suggested amount for his tooth infection and it has been amazing.
