Instructions
Before returning any products, please email us at shipping@hiddenpoweruniversity.com for instructions and a Return Authorization. Please make sure to include your full name and order number in the subject of your email.
Please include your order number and a hard-copy of the authorization email in the box along with the returned product. Upon arrival of the returned product, a refund will be issued for the cost of the product minus any shipping charges.
Refused Shipments
The unconditional money back guarantee does not apply to refused shipments. Buyers who refuse to accept delivery of their products will be subject to a 50% restocking charge.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed but before it has shipped, you will be refunded the entire amount of the order. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you may refuse delivery of the package so that it bounces back to us at no charge to you. Once received, we will issue a refund for the full amount paid, minus the actual shipping costs and the 50% restocking fee.
