Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
If you are not sure that our products will work for you, try a single product risk free for 90 days. If you are not pleased for any reason, you may return the product for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the cost of shipping. This will allow you to try a product to be certain it will work for you. Please try a single product to be sure it performs to your satisfaction before placing quantity orders. The unconditional refund policy does not apply to quantity orders, combo-packs, downloads, jewelry or any bookstore products such as home study courses.
The unconditional money back guarantee does not apply to refused shipments. Buyers who refuse to accept delivery of their products will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Before returning any products, please email us at email@example.com for instructions and a Return Authorization. Please make sure to include your full name and order number in the subject of your email.
Upon arrival of the returned products, a refund will be issued for the cost of the products, but not including any shipping charges.
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed but before it has shipped, you will be refunded the entire amount of the order. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, you may refuse delivery of the package so that it bounces back to us at no charge to you. Once received, we will issue a refund for the full amount paid, minus the actual shipping costs and the 20% restocking fee.
To exchange an order, the products must be in new, salable condition, as described above. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number for detailed instructions. On exchanges, the customers pays the shipping costs to return the items to us, and we will ship out the new products with no additional shipping fees.
Important: The customer is responsible for products that are lost in the mail when being returned. Therefore, please be sure to properly insure your package(s). FedEx and UPS include tracking and insurance, although you may want to purchase additional insurance to fully cover the value of the products. The US Postal Service does not include tracking or insurance, but these services can be purchased for a nominal fee.
