I just purchased a download and I did not get it. How do I retrieve my download?
Log into your account. Scroll to the bottom right of the page. Click “orders” to pull up a history of your purchases. Click on the order number and locate the desired item then click "Download item."
How do I track my order?
Tracking information is located under the “completed” section of your account. Click “view order details” then scroll to the bottom to view the tracking link. You can also track all your orders by logging into your store account.
When will the generators be back in stock?
Shipments arrive every 6-8 weeks. They are precision handmade and very much worth the wait. We typically send out an email alerting registered customers of their arrival.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most domestic orders take 3-7 business days to arrive. International orders arrive within 9-12 business days.
Can I take these products if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
